Refer to Wayfinder
The Wayfinder programme offers support to people moving away from homelessness, temporary or insecure accommodation to a longer-term tenancy.
Greater Together Manchester is now accepting referrals of people who would benefit from support/advice/reassurance with moving into a longer-term tenancy.
We will also accept referrals where support is needed to prevent an existing tenant from facing homelessness.
The Wayfinder programme matches accepted referrals with a volunteer, who will work with them to help them navigate the issues they are experiencing.
Our volunteers bring skills, knowledge and practical life experience to their role.
